EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility from April 3-5, 2023, to determine compliance with the CAA Section 112(r)(7) and 40 CFR Part 68. At the time of the Inspection, Respondent had not conducted piping circuit inspections and tests within the proper frequency in accordance with API 570, manufacturer recommendations, and good engineering practices.
