This Consent Agreement is entered into and the [Proposed] Final Order ( CA/FO ) is issued under the authorities vested in the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ) by Section 1414(g)(3)(B) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( SDWA ), 42 U.S.C. Section 300g-3(g)(3)(B). The Respondent, Land Projects Mutual Water Company, agrees to pay to the United States an administrative civil penalty of $10,710.
