During the inspections, the inspector observed incomplete record keeping for the sales of restricted use pesticides. Specifically, the Frenchman Valley Coop (FVC) records were missing the following information required by 40 C.F.R. ? 171.311(f)(2)(ii) and (iii): 1. The certification number on the certification document presented to the seller evidencing the valid certification of the certified applicator authorized to purchase the restricted use pesticide. 2. The EPA registration number of the restricted use pesticide(s) distributed or sold in the
transaction. Therefore, FVC?s failure to maintain the records as required by 40 C.F.R. ? 171.311(f)(2) is in violation of section 12(a)(2)(F) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C ? 136j(a)(2)(F).
