Data mining several EPA databases discovered the facility failed to certify reporting forms for 2023 on or before July 3, 2023, for acetophenone, copper, lead, and methanol. A proposed settlement was offered to the facility of which they accepted. A CAFO closed the case on 9/12/2023.
