Respondent imported a shipment of registered pesticides, BavicBrom Tablets. The BavicBrom Tablets were labeled with an out-of-date version of the EPA-accepted label. Additionally, the label gave the net contents only in metric units. They have agreed to pay a penalty of $6,750 and return to compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
