EPA conducted inspections at the three facilities and found violations of the requirements to have proper spill prevention equipment, conduct periodic walkthrough inspections and to maintain a list of designated Class A, Class B and Class C operators. Respondent agreed to settle this administrative case by entering into Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO). The company is undertaking audits at each of its other 25 facilities within Region 2 locations.
