This is an Administrative Order on Consent with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and the California Men's Colony (CMC) to address violations of Clean Water Act NPDES Permit No. CA0047856 as well as unauthorized discharges to Waters from CMC's onsite drinking water treatment and distribution system. The negotiated Order details steps that CDCR and CMC will take to come into compliance with their NPDES permit and the Clean Water Act by December 31, 2026.
