EPA finds that the Respondent owns or operates an industrial facility and violated its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit by failing to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) documenting monitoring results, and submission of Exceedance Reports when appropriate, from October 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
