In January 2022, the US EPA emailed Information Request Letters (IRLs) to the Respondent's facilities in Carthage, NY and Saratoga Springs, NY. The IRLs sought to determine compliance with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) chemical reporting requirements. EPA identified alleged reporting violations. The facilities have come into compliance and the company will pay a penalty.
