During the week of October 17, 2023, a Final Administrative Compliance Order (AO) was issued to Dexxon, Inc. (Respondent). The AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. 147.2903(b), 147.2920(b) and Part I.B. of the permit by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of an injection well located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The AO proposes to order the Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of the injection well, plug the injection well or convert it to production use.
