FIFRA ? 12(a)(1)(A) To sell or distribute to any person any pesticide that is not registered
under Section 3 or whose registration has been cancelled or suspended, except to the extent
that distribution or sale otherwise has been authorized by the Administrator under FIFRA.
Pesticide products entering under the provisions promulgated by 40 CFR 152.30(c)(2),
whereby an unregistered pesticide may be distributed or sold without an Experimental Use
Permit in accordance with part 40 CFR part 172.3, must include information to show part 40
CFR part 172.3 are met.
