Respondent informed EPA that it had imported decaBDE at least nine times between March 8, 2021 and January 6, 2023, in violation
of the Decabromodiphenyl Ether (DecaBDE) Regulation of Persistent, Bioaccumulative, and Toxic Chemicals Under TSCA Section 6(h) Final Rule, effective February 5, 2021 and 40 C.F.R. 751.405(a)(1).
