The lawsuit seeks to recover past and future response costs incurred by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) responding to the release of TCE resulting from the defendants? operation of missile defense systems at the site in the early 1960s.
