On November 2, 2022, EPA issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to Winfield Solutions, LLC concerning the misbranded chlorpyrifos products Winfield Solutions has in their custody at their warehouse locations in Geneseo, IL; Manchester, IA; and Norfolk, NE. The Order requires Winfield Solutions, LLC to immediately cease the distribution or sale of such products except for product movement to effectuate storage until final disposition is carried out in accordance with this Order or subsequent Orders. This Order is effective immediately upon receipt.
