After receiving a citizen complaint, EPA determined that Respondent filled 0.2 acres of wetlands on his property near Cayuta, NY. Respondent voluntarily removed the fill material from the wetlands. EPA issued a penalty order for $2,700 which the Respondent signed and paid.
