This Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order is issued to the Respondent for violations of the Tier A Municipal Stormwater General Permit. Violations include failure to update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan; failure to re-examine the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan; failure to ensure required training is taken; failure to implement a public education and outreach program; failure to develop, update and implement a program to ensure long-term operation and maintenance of municipal stormwater practices; failure to implement a stream scouring program; failure to conduct dry weather inspections of outfalls; and failure to implement required best management practices at the municipal maintenance yard. The Order includes a compliance schedule requiring the Township to address deficiencies identified during EPA's July 24 - 25, 2023 and August 1, 2023 Audit.
