Respondent imported pesticides whose registration had been transferred on April 21, 2021. The transfer allowed for the use of the prior registration number (1258-1249) for 18 months after the date of transfer. At the time of import, the 18 month window had ended but the products were labeled with the former registration number. The products were therefore considered unregistered. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $28,788 and relabel the product with the appropriate registration number.
