By electronic mail dated July 10, 2023, the EPA received notification from ACV Enviro/Cycle Chem, Inc that on May 29, 2023, they received waste from the Respondent that was analyzed and confirmed to contain PCBs over 50 parts per million(ppm). Respondent did not identify it as PCB on EPA Manifest Form 8700-22 in accordance with the specifications and requirements of 40 C.F.R. 761.207(a). Respondent will pay a settlement figure of $6,542.
