EPA?s April 19-20, 2022, inspection identified violations of the applicable state-issued general permit for industrial stormwater, the content and implementation of facility?s stormwater pollution prevention plan required by that general permit, and Respondent?s separate NPDES pretreatment permit. Respondent has corrected the deficiencies EPA identified.
