On 11/15/23, EPA Region 6 issued a Complaint and Final Agreement (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Arteco II Hospital Management, LLC located in Houston, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of: Section 12 of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a). The CAFO requires Arteco II Hospital Management, LLC to pay a civil penalty of $2,429 within ninety (90) days of receiving notice of the effective date of the CAFO.
