On 11/6/23, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), as amended, to Brite Sources USA located in Houston, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to the violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA. The SSURO requires Brite Sources USA to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the Products under its ownership, control, or custody, wherever such products are located.
