EPA is issuing this Administrative Order as a result of the Audit of the Village MS4 conducted on August 15 and 16, 2023. As a result of this Audit, EPA found that the Village had not properly developed a SWMP Plan, and had not properly implemented BMP's as required by the Permit, among other issues.
