Summary

On November 29, 2023, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order to Law Motor Freight in Nashua, New Hampshire for alleged failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. Law Motor Freight is authorized to discharge under the Multi Sector General Permit (MSGP). The permittee is required to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit. EPA is responsible for implementing the Clean Water Act in New Hampshire; however, the Agency did notify the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Protection of these actions.
