## Summary

On November 9, 2023, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent under its authority pursuant to Section 3008(a) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (?RCRA?) to Baylor Scott & White Health for 4 different facilities located Plano, Denton, and McKinney, Texas. The Administrative Compliance Order on Consent was issued in response to violations of: 1) Failure to Comply with Notification Requirements in violation of Section 3010(a) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. ? 6930(a); The Administrative Compliance Order on Consent requires Baylor Scott & White Health to certify that it has assessed all of its solid waste streams to determine the accurate waste codes and has developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (?SOP?); certify that it has accurately and adequately complied with its RCRA Section 3010 Notification; and provide, with its certification, a copy of Respondent?s SOPs.
