On March 25, 2023, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving CWA violations of the 2015 Multi-Sector General Permit by Sunroc Corporation at its Maddens facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Alleged violations were Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) deficiencies. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $2,344 and have returned to compliance.
