On December 12, 2023, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq.) to QuarterNorth Energy, LLC (GMG29062O) located in the Western portion of the Gulf of Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violations of effluent and DMR non-receipt. The AO requires QuarterNorth Energy, LLC (GMG29062O) to respond to stated effluent and DMR non-receipt violations. QuarterNorth Energy, LLC (GMG29062O) must respond to EPA Region 6 by January 11, 2024. These are offshore facilities and therefore are not EJ facilities.
