On 12/19/23, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, & Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Complete Environmental Products, Inc. (Respondent) located in Pasadena, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to the Respondent's alleged sale of an unregistered pesticide, in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A). The CAFO requires the Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $7,700.
