The US EPA issued an Information Request Letter (IRL) to the Respondent to determine compliance with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) chemical reporting requirements. EPA identified data quality issues for several of the facilities submitted reports. The facility has come into compliance and will pay a penalty of $101,400 as well as perform a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) costing at least $25,000 to purchase Emergency Planning & Preparedness equipment for the West Deptford Fire Department.
