EPA contractor, PG Environmental, conducted an R9 Permit Inspection of Teaneck Township in New Jersey on August 23-24, 2023 (Virtual Audit) and August 30, 2023 (Field Audit). EPA representatives were in attendance for all dates. The inspection found multiple permit violations, including but not limited to, updating their SPPP, developing an inventory of stormwater facilities not owned or operated by the Township, and conducting monthly stormwater inspections, among other things.
