This Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) requires the Respondent to complete a vapor recovery unit (VRU) optimization project; installation and operation of a new continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) and data acquisition system (DAS) equipment; and a repair and monitoring project for their internal and external floating roof gasoline storage tanks. Recordkeeping and corrective actions are required when evidence of leaks is observed and where elevated VOC concentrations are monitored.
