On November 27, 2023, EPA Region 6 entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order under its authority pursuant to RCRA with Camin Cargo Control, Inc. located in Kenner, LA (the ?Facility?). The CAFO was issued in response to failure to comply with Section 3010(a) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. 6930(a). The CAFO requires the Respondent to pay a penalty of $23,710 within 30 days of the effective date of the CAFO.
