On January 23, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Dine-Aglow Diablo Food Service Fuels of Phoenixville, PA for
sale and distribution of unregistered pesticide and failure to maintain sale and distribution records. There are no EJ concerns for this area. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was notified and copied on this letter.
