On 1/23/24, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Plant Synergists Inc of Grapeland, TX, pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The ESAFO alleges that Plant Synergists failed to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2022, for Establishment No. 75499-TX-1.
