On May 28, 2024, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving CWA violations of the City of Juliaetta's wastewater permit at its wastewater treatment plant in Juliaetta, Idaho. Alleged violations included late permit report submittals and effluent limit exceedances for temperature. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $325 and have returned to compliance.
