On January 19, 2024, an Expedited Settlement Agreement was issued to resolve TSCA RRP violations with Mountain States Restoration, LLC in Pueblo, CO. Mountain States
Restoration agreed to a $1000 penalty for violations identified as a result of a March 2023 record inspection. Prior to the inspection, the inspector identified eleven renovations
done by Mountain States Renovation on target housing (properties built prior to 1978). Mountain States Renovation did not maintain the required RRP records for the identified
renovations.
