On January 25, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Brushby, LLC of Monrovia, IN for importation of misbranded pesticides through the port of Norfolk-Newport News, VA. FIFRA misbranding violations are exempt from EJ screen. The Virginia Department of Agriculture
and Consumer Services and EPA Region 5 was notified and copied on this letter.
