During the week of May 5, 2024, a Final Administrative Compliance Order (Final AO) will be issued to Bandwheel Production Company, LLC (Respondent). The Final AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903(b), 147.2909, 147.2912(a) by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of an injection well located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The Final AO proposes to order the Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of the injection well, plug the injection well or convert it to production use. This Final AOC will become enforceable 30 days from the date of this notice.
