On 1/19/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Formal Notice of Warning to Farmers Cooperative Association, of Tonkawa, OK, for alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L). The EPA alleges that Farmers Cooperative Association failed to file pesticide production reports (EPA Form 3540-16) for its EPA-registered establishments 68833-OK-2 and 68833-OK-3 for reporting year 2022, as required by Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c).
