On 2/13/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order under its authority pursuant to FIFRA to 2827 Business Live Oak, Inc., doing business as Corner Store ( Respondent ) located in Dallas, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A). The CAFO requires Respondent to return to compliance.
