Respondent illegally placed sediment and woody debris in approximately 7,500 linear feet of Sand Creek and Mud Creek. Respondent has removed the sediment and debris and restored the impacted portions of these waterways. Respondent has also agreed to pay a penalty in the amount of $50,000.00.
