On February 14, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Strand Pool Supply, LLP of Bartonville, PA for sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide. FIFRA misbranding violations are exempt from EJ screen. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was notified and copied on this letter.
