On 1/19/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Formal Notice of Warning to Cytotek Enterprises Inc., of Gig Harbor, WA, for alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L). The EPA alleges that Cytotek failed to file pesticide production reports (EPA Form 3540-16) for its EPA-registered establishment 80518-TX-1 in Spring, TX, for reporting years 2020, 2021, and 2022, as required by Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c). The reports were not filed on or before the annual March 1 due dates.
