On 1/19/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Formal Notice of Warning to S-N-S Consulting, doing business as Mid America Encapsulation Services, for an alleged violation of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L). The EPA alleges that S-N-S Consulting failed to file a pesticide production report (EPA Form 3540-16) for its EPA-registered establishment 91932-AR-1 for reporting year 2022, as required by Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c).
