Administrative Order on Consent in the matter of Jusuda Farm Warwick, Inc. for the discharge of fill material into wetlands without a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Order requires the removal of unauthorized fill material as well as permanent protection of a wetland area via a filed deed restriction.
