On February 14, EPA Region III issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to Dalb, Inc., located in Kearneysville, WV, for nonregistration violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). An EPA inspection performed on March 24, 2022 revealed that the company distributed and sold pesticides which were not registered with EPA. Dalb, Inc's Kearneysville, WV facility is not located in an Environmental Justice (EJ) area of concern. The West Virginia Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services has been notified of this action and has raised no concerns.
