Region 8 issued an Administrative Order (Order) under section 1414 of the SDWA to Ward Creek Landowners Association (Respondent) based on a determination that the Ward Creek Landowners Association Public Water System (System) of Campbell County, Wyoming violated EPA?s National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The Order addressed several alleged violations identified from April 2020 to present. Violations include failure to monitor for Synthetic Organic Compounds (SOCs) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and failure to complete the required Consumer Confidence Report.
