On 2/27/24, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Wesco Chemicals, Inc., located in Waxahachie, TX. The ESAFO was issued for an alleged violation of Section 7(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), for Wesco Chemicals' failure to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2023, for EPA Establishment No. 58225-TX-1. Wesco Chemicals has certified that it has corrected the alleged violation and has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $1,000.
