On 2/27/24, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Binder Science LLC, located in Magnolia, TX. The ESAFO was issued for an alleged violation of Section 7(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), for Binder Science's failure to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2023, for EPA Establishment No. 90692-TX-1. Binder Science has certified that it has corrected the alleged violation and has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $500.
