During a June 15, 2022, inspection it was documented that Wilson�s Pest Control, Inc. was selling, distributing and holding for sale unregistered and misbranded rodenticides and other pesticides to the public which could cause human harm and harm to the environment. On July 27, 2023, respondent refused entry to allow EPA inspectors to conduct a follow-up inspection.
