EPA issued an Administrative Order (AO) under the authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. ? 1251 et seq.) to Arena offshore, LP issued in response to DMR effluent violations. Arena Offshore, LP must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
